One More Week

I bet you think you know what this post is about. But you'd be wrong.

It's not about Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

It's not about the (much anticipated) Doctor Who Christmas Special, The Snowmen.

It's not that I'm not excited about these things, but I've got something else on my mind. By this time next week, I might have my second consecutive Fantasy Football Championship with my work team, Hoovers.

Of course, I could lose, but who the hell gets to the Championship Game and says, "I might lose"?

If I do win, I might spend my winnings on a trophy.

 

I'm really hoping that having a trophy to play for will increase interest in the office and give us a bigger league next year. That, and since I didn't even make the Playoffs in my Family League, I'd be more than happy to buy a trophy for myself.
